Fargo Dads is a locally-focused resource for fathers and families in the Fargo-Moorhead metro and the surrounding 60 miles — things to do with kids, dad-tested guides, a blog, and a live local-events calendar.
Why this exists
To help dads spend better time with their kids. Less doom-scrolling, more fishing, ballgames, and Saturday adventures — without the planning headache.

Who's behind this
I'm Darin. I'm from the Fargo-Moorhead area — West Fargo for a stretch — and I have kids, which is how this started: I got tired of driving to a splash pad that turned out to be closed, or calling a place because their hours were three years old on some listings site.
So everything here comes from the operator's own page, and every fact has a date on it showing when I last read it. When a venue doesn't publish something, I say that instead of guessing. When I get something wrong, I fix it and leave the correction visible.
It's me doing the checking. If something here is out of date, tell me.
How I check things
Every fact about a venue or business here was read on that operator's own website, not copied from a directory or a review site. Where a venue does not publish a detail, the page says so rather than guessing. The dates you see on entries are when I last read the page.
