Kids' Birthday Party Venues in Fargo-Moorhead: What Ten Kids Actually Costs
Eleven venues, their published prices divided out per child, and — the part that decides it — what each price already includes.
The cheapest birthday party here is not the cheapest listing. It is the one where you are allowed to bring the pizza. Venues publish in three units that cannot be compared — a flat rate for a fixed headcount, a price per person, and a price per lane — so nobody has put them side by side. Divide everything to a cost per child at a ten-child party and a threefold spread appears, from $10 to $40. But that number on its own is misleading, which is why it never appears here without the column next to it: the cheap venues include no food at all and the expensive ones include the whole meal, so once you have fed ten children the gap very nearly closes. Every figure below was read on the venue's own party page on the date shown, and the published price is given alongside the division so you can check it.
Under $15 a child — but you are bringing the food
These are the cheapest per head and none of them include a meal. Two of the three let you bring your own, which is where the real saving is and which neither of them advertises.

The cheapest published party in the metro, and the only cohort that says outright you may bring outside food and non-alcoholic drinks. That permission is worth more than the headline price: it is the difference between a $10 party and a $10 party plus whatever pizza costs, versus a venue where the pizza is already priced in at four times that.

Priced per lane rather than per party, at six people to a lane, so ten children means two lanes. The Strike package at $80 a lane adds a large one-topping pizza, a pitcher of soda and themed table setup — which is the same $6 a head you would spend feeding them anyway. Note the deposit.

$16 to $34 a child — the food is in the price
The attraction venues. Every one of these includes at least pizza and drinks, which is most of the reason the per-child figure is higher.
Skate City FargoFargo
Admission for the birthday child and eleven guest skaters with rental included — the largest headcount included at this price point, which is why it divides so well. The birthday child gets a free pair of skates. Pizza is an add-on rather than included, at $39 to $49.

A flat $400 for up to twenty guests — and because the price does not move with the headcount, it is simultaneously the worst value on this page and among the best. At ten children it is $40 each, the most expensive party in the metro. At twenty it is $20 each, cheaper than Slick City or NRG. Same package, same price, opposite conclusion, decided entirely by how many you invite. It also includes more than anything else here: two hours in the museum with the run of the play area, two slices of pizza and a water bottle per person, a cupcake cake, an aviation goodie bag for every child, and a drone flying experience for all guests.
