Free and open to the public — no pool admission or pass, since the splash pad sits outside the pool fence — 11am–7pm daily from early June through Labor Day weekend, with reduced hours in the final week of the season, so check before a late-season trip. Dad TipEvery one of these is weather-gated at roughly 60° and sunny, and the Moorhead pads close on air quality too. Check before you load the car — the pads don't run just because the calendar says July.
